How Long Does It Take to Get My Bouncy Castle?
Once we receive your deposit, the process for your bouncy castle for sale begins. If your inflatable castle is custom-made, we'll provide designs for approval. If it's a standard model we've ordered before, the designs may already be available. Upon your approval, the remaining balance is due, and production begins. Castles take around 20-25 days to produce, followed by approximately 30 days for shipping to New Zealand. We handle all customs and clearance. In total, the process should take no longer than 90 days, but we will keep you updated throughout—especially if there are any unforeseen delays. (Yes, pirates have blocked shipping channels before!)
We frequently place orders, so if the timing works out, we can save you both time and money.

This will save you a year of effort. We didn't have a booking system for 2 1/2 years, and once we did, everything started to flow. It is a game changer for your customers, and collecting deposits helps the customer commit to their bookings. It also comes with 4hrs mentoring from us to use in the first 3 months.
